With over 30 years of experience at the crossroads of law, business, and technology, Ruarri Fairweather has built a reputation for transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. His career began in the early 1990s, when he founded and ran a successful IT business. Since then, he’s guided startups to enterprise scale, including taking a company public, and played pivotal roles in high-growth businesses across various industries.
Ruarri has served in senior legal and commercial positions, from prosecution to global legal for a multinational company with 38,000 employees across 151 countries. His experience spans from running legal operations for a software vendor across APAC, to recently spearheading the development of the legal function for CyberCX in Australia. He led CyberCX through a period of rapid expansion, successfully navigating multiple mergers and enabling international growth into New Zealand, the UK, and the USA.
